XXX Racing Fuel Contingency

• I. Eligible Products & Classes
  720 Racing will pay contingency to any racer competing in the E-Superstock Class, sanctioned by WERA. This includes, but is not limited to, the Kawasaki Ninja 250. The eligible products will be two blends of Triple XXX Racing Fuel, P101 and F118.
  
  
• II. Fuel Requirements
  The fuel must be purchased trackside from 720 Racing. Alternately, the fuel can be picked up in person at the 720 Racing shop located in Knoxville, TN. 720 Racing will make adequate fuel available through Next Level Motorsports to support this class. Each competitor will given an unopened, sealed container in either 5-gal, 30-gal, or 55-gal sizes.
  
  Regardless of class legality, to be eligible for this contingency program, NO ADDITIVES MAY BE INTRODUCED TO THE FUEL. The fuel must be ran as poured from the container. Any bike may be subject to a random fuel sampling at any time after competition. Failure or refusal of any random fuel sampling will immediately disqualify the competitor from receiving any future contingency from 720 Racing AND the competitor will be obligated to repay all contingency redeemed. The competitor will also have to repay the discount given on fuel purchases.
  
  
• III. Payouts
  All payouts will be in vouchers towards future purchases. Payout structure will be as follows:

• IV. Fuel Prices
  E-Superstock competitors will be able to purchase Triple XXX Fuel at prices that have been reduced from MSRP. Each 5-gal tin of fuel purchased will receive one contingency payout. Thirty gallon drums will receive up to seven, if all the fuel is used in the E-Superstock class. The competitors can use the fuel in whatever bikes they choose; however, only E-Superstock pays contingency and fuel used in other bikes and other classes will not be paid. Additionally, bonus payouts for drum purchases are only applicable if all fuel is ran in the E-Superstock Class. Prices are set as enumerated below:

• V. Bike and Rider Requirements
  Bike must have Triple XXX Stickers on each side of the machine. 720 Racing and Triple XXX Racing Fuel must be listed as sponsors on race entry forms. Bikes must pass a fuel check in post tech. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and the aforementioned penalties for cheating.
